Bistro607 is a relaxing place to enjoy impeccably prepared dishes of national and international influence. Head Chef and Co-Owner Heath Holloman, offers his finest to his loyal and happy customers Monday-Friday between the hours of 11:30am-2:00pm, dinner Monday-Saturday between the hours of 5:30pm -10:00pm. Bistro607 is closed on Sunday.

Saint Jacques restaurant is the only true french restaurant in Raleigh. Owned by French native from Provence, Lil Lacassagne. Lil started his career under the guidance of Roger Verge at the Moulin de Mougins and worked for several other 3 stars Michelin in Europe. His wife, Lori, spent 11 years in the cruise industry, where she was the first female Hotel Manager. They bring to this fine dining and elegant establishment an in-depth knowledge of the international customer service standards.
